Hotel Policies

• Cancellation / Prepayment

If the room is cancelled up to 24 hours prior to the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the full stay will be charged, Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the hotel. If you smoke in the bedroom there will be a minimum £50 charge (more depending on the damages). However, cancellation and prepayment policies vary by room type and quantity of rooms booked. Some room types are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please contact reception for more details.

Children and extra beds

There is limited capacity for extra beds/cots in the room. Please contact reception for further information.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

When booking more than 7 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
